danceWEB is looking for participants in the Life Long Burning Wild Card offer 2014.
Life Long Burning WILD CARDS is part of the European project Life Long Burning, developed and organized by a network of twelve partner institutions (4Culture/RO, CCN Montpellier/FR, Cullberg Ballet/SE, danceWEB/AT, Het Veem Theater/NL, Lokomotiva/MK, Station/RS, Tala Dance Center/HR, Uferstudios/DE, Ultima Vez/BE, Workshop Foundation/HU, workspacebrussels/BE).
The program aims at fostering the transnational circulation of artistic development and the further education in the field of contemporary dance and choreographic research. It consists of residencies, choreographic researches with established companies as well as scholarships for further education for emerging choreographers and professional dancers.
In the frame of the Life Long Burning Wild Cards, danceWEB is looking for artists interested in a residency at Ultima Vez studios (12x12m) in Brussels
When: 12 – 28 June, 2014
Where: Ultima Vez studios (12x12m) Brussels / Belgium
What: Ultima Vez, the host of this residency, is providing a total budget of EUR 2.000,- to cover all related expenses (accommodation, travel, per diem and other production expenses).
The residency takes place during the Studio Session hosted by workspacebrussels. The Wild Card participants have the possibility to attend these sessions and meet the artists.

Who can apply: Only emerging choreographers and professional dancers coming from and/or resident in Austria are eligible to apply!
